Driver On Call is a trusted platform for hiring professional drivers on a trip-based or monthly basis. We act solely as a facilitator between customers and drivers. Please note:
Driver On Call is not liable for any loss of life, injury, or damage to property incurred during the trip by either party.
We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any booking without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
đźš« Code of Conduct
Customers must not offer bookings directly to drivers without informing Driver On call. Such actions violate our platform’s ethics and may result in permanent suspension of services.
Driver On Call is an equal opportunity platform. Requests for drivers based on caste, religion, race, or any discriminatory preference will not be entertained. Such users will be blacklisted and denied future access.
Fare Policy
Base Fare
Fares are pre-determined based on multiple factors.
No negotiation is allowed before, during, or after the ride.
Fare may vary if the route or destination changes.
Local Travel
Trips exceeding 6 hours will incur an additional ₹100 (driver’s meal cost).
After 10 PM, an extra â‚ą100/hour will be charged.
Outstation Travel
Route/destination changes may affect fare.
Food and accommodation for the driver must be provided by the customer. If not, an additional charge of ₹500–₹700/day will apply.
For extended stays, charges start at â‚ą799/day.
A day is calculated from 12 AM to 12 AM. Post-midnight, the next day’s fare is applicable.
Return fare is applicable for one-way trips.
If the trip ends earlier than booked, discounts/offers will be void, and standard fares will apply.
Post-paid payments are not accepted.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Driver On Call service charges are non-refundable. Cancellation fees apply as per the quotation. If not specified, the following rules apply:
Local Travel
Time of Cancellation Charges
1 hour before ride Cancellation charge will be applied.
30 minutes to 1 hour cancellation charge + 30% booking amount will be applied.
Driver on spot cancellation, 100% booking amount will be applied.
Outstation Travel
Time of Cancellation Charges
1 day before trip only cancellation charge will be applied.
1 hour before ride cancellation charge + 30% of booking amount will be applied.
30 minutes to 1 hour cancellation charge + 50% booking amount will be applied.
Driver on spot cancellation, 100% booking amount will be applied.
Urgent Bookings
100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
